connect.faith - season two

a new day
Back in February, we were able to come together to film the second season of connect.faith just before the global pandemic hit and everything changed. We brought together all sorts of people to continue to explore the intersection of creativity, spirituality and justice--and it's every bit as relevant today.

Back in February, we were able to come together to film the second season of connect.faith. We brought together all sorts of people to continue to explore the intersection of creativity, spirituality and justice, around the theme “a new day”—and we can’t wait for you to see it.

This is the first episode in a new series Bryan is creating called, “This Might Help”. In this episode, Bryan talks about how acknowledging the possibility of failure can be creatively freeing and reminds us that the stakes aren’t usually of cosmic proportions.

“Failure is always an option, sometimes you end up throwing it away and starting over; sometimes if you take the risk of failure, you can end up with something surprisingly good.”

“There is no way I can fail is such a way that it stops a new day from coming. Sometimes it doesn’t come the way we want, but there is always the hope of a new day.”
