We write together in response to prompts, listen to music, and share if and when we’d like to, telling our stories, and hearing how creativity is moving in each of us. There are no grades, and no critiques - this is about recognizing the connection points between creativity and spirituality in each of our lives!

This lab will be a chance for you to hear other people’s stories, learn from their process, and explore the creative process yourself. Bring paper and pen, and prepare to play together in a creative environment! Come join us and see if there might be something you haven’t yet discovered about living life today!
